VIP Membership Terms and Conditions
Sporting Wheelies is transitioning the operations of their organisation to Spinal Life Australia Ltd. – a like-minded Not-For-Profit with 63 years of history of supporting Queenslanders with disability. This Art Union is being conducted by Spinal Life Australia (ABN 39 293 063 049) under a Category 3 Gaming Licence No. 245608 (issued by Queensland Government Office of Liquor and Gaming Regulation).
Benefiting organisation: Spinal Life Australia Ltd – funds will be used to further the work of Sporting Wheelies.
VIP Eligibility
Customers must purchase a minimum $10 book of tickets and pay by automatic credit card debit or automatic bank account direct debit for one of the following frequencies:
- each draw (monthly debit),
- every second draw (bi-monthly debit) or
- every third draw (quarterly debit).
Only current VIP customers who have their payments successfully processed and tickets issued for an Art Union will go into the VIP prize draw for that Art Union. Customers who have cancelled their VIP membership prior to a draw will not be eligible for the VIP prize draw.
VIP Prize Details
There are six (6) VIP prize winners for each Art Union draw. The first VIP prize winner will receive $5,000 cash, the second, third, fourth, fifth and sixth prize winners will each receive $1,000 in cash. Prizes are not transferrable. To claim prizes, identification will be required.

Gold Choice Art Union Close Dates and Draw Dates are listed on our website.
Public draw is at 12 NOON (AEST) on the date listed on the website.

Contact Information
Participation in this lottery constitutes permission for Spinal Life Australia and it’s representatives to contact you by telephone, mail or email to offer you tickets in future art unions. You can revoke this permission at any time by contacting Spinal Life Australia at the address shown on this publication/ticket.
Ineligibility to enter
A person is not eligible to enter the Art Union if the person is:
- A member of the management committee of the incorporated eligible association conducting the art union or;
- Directly engaged in conducting the draw of the art union or;
- The incorporated eligible association conducting the art union or;
- A member of the immediate family of a person mentioned in 1 or 2 above.
“Immediate family”, for a person, means the person’s spouse and family members residing at the same premises as the person.
