Our state-of-the art adaptive gym is designed to meet the needs of people with a disability. We encourage a diverse membership base whereby each individual’s health and fitness goals are valued and respected. Everyone’s goals are different, and for that reason we have a wide range of adaptive equipment that is easy to use and will suit all members.
The gym is available to all members of the community, with options for attendance during times that are supervised by our staff for those who require assistance. We also offer gym tours, to allow you to visit the facility and speak to one of our friendly staff.
