Refund Policy Lottery
Please consider carefully whether you wish to purchase Art Union Lottery tickets. We will permit refunds for the purchases of tickets in an open Draw under these conditions: –
a) If you contact us and request the tickets to be cancelled;
b) If we amend the terms and conditions and you do not accept the amendments;
c) If you purchase a ticket in a Draw after that Draw has closed;
d) If you purchase tickets in a Draw that is sold out; and
e) if you try to purchase tickets in a Draw via cheque or direct debit and the payment is not received by us in time, or does not clear before the closing date of the Draw.
In these circumstances, please write to us immediately advising of the reasons for your refund request. Please note we do not give refunds for tickets purchased in previous Art Unions. Please contact us for further information at firstname.lastname@example.org
