As our access to exercise is changing, so are our delivery methods! To assist in keeping everyone moving during COVID-19 related social isolation, our team of Exercise Physiologists have put together some light-hearted exercise videos for your entertainment (and physical activity!).

Episode 1: “Shoulder Health”

#1 External Rotations

  • Alternate each arm:
    • 3x sets
    • 8-12x reps per arm


  1. Start with a dumbell or object light but challenging enough to complete a full set.
  2. Relax 10-seconds between reps and 1-minute between sets.
