Sporting Wheelies Art Union

General Terms and Conditions

Sporting Wheelies is part of Spinal Life Australia (ABN 39 293 063 049). The Sporting Wheelies Art Union is conducted by Spinal Life Australia under a Category 3 Gaming Licence No. 245608 (issued by Queensland Government Office of Liquor and Gaming Regulation).

All funds raised will be used to benefit the work of Sporting Wheelies.

Draw Dates

Sporting Wheelies Art Union Close Dates and Draw Dates are listed on our website.

The Draw will take place at 12.00pm (AEST) on the date listed on the website.

Prize Winners

The winners will be notified by telephone and winning ticket numbers and suburbs of winners will be listed on our website.

Prizes are drawn in order (eg. 1st, then VIP 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th). The total number of tickets value for each monthly Art Union is $150,000.

Payments

Cheques must be made payable to Spinal Life Australia
Correspondence must be received by: Reply Paid 968 Strawberry Hills NSW 2012

Cheque and money order payments must be received by five business days before the close date to be entered into the Draw. In the event an order is received after this date or the Art Union is sold out prior to this date; the order will be automatically entered into the next Draw.

Prize Details

The first prize winner will receive $20,000 in cash.

The VIP Bonus Draw winner will receive $5,000 in cash.

Five further VIP prize draw winners will receive $1,000 in cash each.

To claim prizes, identification will be required.

Ineligibility to Enter

A person is not eligible to enter the Art Union if the person is:

  1. A member of the management committee of the incorporated eligible association conducting the art union or;
  2. An employee of Spinal Life Australia or Sporting Wheelies or;
  3. Directly engaged in conducting the draw of the Art Union or;
  4. A member of the immediate family of a person mentioned in 1, 2 or 3 above.

“Immediate family”, for a person, means the person’s spouse and family members residing at the same premises as the person.

Your participation in this Art Union constitutes permission for Spinal Life Australia, Sporting Wheelies and its representatives to contact you by telephone, mail or email to offer you tickets in future Art Unions.
