Please note that our gym and office will be closed across all regions from 12pm Wednesday 24 December 2025 and reopen on Monday 5 January 2026. During this period, all services will be unavailable. Please plan any visits in advance. If you have an appointment between 24 December 2025 and 5 January 2026 and you would like to reschedule, please contact us now. Otherwise, your appointment will be cancelled for this period.
