Regular exercise can help make everyday life easier and more enjoyable for everyone, including people with a disability. The benefits include increased fitness, better muscle strength, weight control and improved coordination and balance. Exercise can also help prevent injury and decrease stress.
Maintaining a fitness routine means you keep exercising, which keeps you at your best.
