Ray Epstein OAM
Chief Executive Officer
Ray joined the Association staff as Finance and Administration Manager in 1990 and was appointed as CEO in 1998. He has more than 30 years’ experience in disability sport as an athlete, administrator, official and national coach. He is on the Board of the Queensland Academy of Sport and was awarded an Order of Australia Medal (OAM) in 1994 for services to sport for people with a disability.
General Manager (Services)
Kelli became involved with the Association as a university student in 1988, and her broad experience in the sports industry includes roles as development officer, educator, board representative, consultant and manager at state and national levels. She is committed to delivering quality sport and active recreation opportunities and building more inclusive communities.
Business Development Manager
Graeme joined the Association in 2015. He has more than 20 years’ experience in finance, corporate services and fundraising from his previous positions with Police Citizens Youth Club, Guide Dogs for the Blind, Westpac and Bank of Queensland. Graeme is responsible for managing the Art Union and other current income producing projects, including identifying, developing, implementing and managing new sources of revenue for the Association.
Edalina Dos Santos
Edalina joined the Association as an accountant in 2002 and was appointed Finance Manager in 2006. She has more than 20 years’ experience in accounting and is responsible for ensuring professional, accurate financial reporting to Association members and the Board; compliance with relevant legislation; and reporting to various government bodies.
