Board members: Cornelis Van Eldik, Amanda Boland-Curran (Vice-President), Tony Stapleton, Susan Lambe (Secretary), Peter Sydes (President), Debra Marwedel (Treasurer)Under section 23 of the Association’s Constitution, the general control and management of the administration of Sporting Wheelies and Disabled Association is by a Board of six - President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer and two other members.
Board members are elected by Association members for two years, with President, Secretary and one ordinary Board member elected in alternate years to Vice-President,
Treasurer and the other ordinary Board member.
An Advisory Council of Queensland business and community leaders meets on a regular basis to advise and assist the Board in the development of Association strategy and policies.
The Board is committed to providing good governance to its members and is constantly reviewing the environment within which the Association operates.
